Account Settings

You can personalize and manage your Cyberhaven account by navigating to Profile > Account Settings.

Color theme

You can configure your color theme to switch between dark and light modes. By default, the platform adapts to your system settings.

As of release 25.01, Insights 360 is the first page in the platform to support dark mode.

Dynamic Configuration Updates

This setting determines the number of matching events shown during live search queries and previews on the Risks Overview, Object Management, and Insider Risk pages, and it can be enabled on a per-user basis.

When enabled, the event counts are updated in real time to reflect the actual number of events matching the updated datasets or policies. However, this real time update can degrade the Console performance for that specific user account.

When disabled, the query results will show the latest optimized results. This setting is disabled by default to maintain the optimal performance of the Console.

Home page

You can set your home page to either Risks Overview or Insights 360, based on your preference.

Delete account

Use this option to permanently delete your account and your login information. However, the configurations within the console and audit logs information remain unaffected by this operation.

Password reset

When you click on Reset, you will be logged out of the Conole. You will receive an email notification with a link to set up a new password.
