Sensor Health Monitoring
You can view the health of deployed Cyberhaven Sensors from the Console. Navigate to the Endpoint Sensors page to view the sensor status, where you can see comprehensive attributes of your Sensor installations, including hostname, operating system version, Cyberhaven Sensor version, deployment group, and last active time.
Monitoring Sensor Health
If a deployed Sensor has a health issue, it will be displayed in the Required Actions column. You can view all devices that may have health issues by clicking the Needs Attention filter at the top of the page.

The Required Actions column displays various status messages including:
Browser Extension Issues
- Browser extension conflicts and updates for Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari
- Extension installation or configuration problems
Sensor Integrity Issues
- Compromised sensor integrity alerts
- Service and process termination problems
- Uninstall protection status notifications
Platform-Specific Issues
- macOS: MDM profile configuration issues
- Windows: Windows-specific service problems
Update and Configuration Issues
- Sensor version update requirements
- Deployment group policy conflicts
- Content inspection filter problems
Platform Support
This sensor health monitoring functionality applies to both Windows and macOS sensors:

macOS Sensors

Diagnostics and Troubleshooting
The Endpoint Sensors page also provides access to Diagnostics Request functionality which allows you to equest detailed diagnostic information from specific endpoints.
Outlook Plugin Status Considerations
Important Note About Outlook Plugin Status:
Classic Outlook Plugin (Windows Only)
- Status reporting applies specifically to the classic Outlook COM plugin
- Supported only on Windows endpoints
- May show "Outlook plugin disabled" status due to network connectivity issues
- This status refers only to the classic Outlook integration
New Microsoft Outlook
- Organizations using New Outlook must deploy the separate Cyberhaven add-in for New Microsoft Outlook
- The endpoint sensor does not report status for the New Outlook add-in
- Status monitoring for New Outlook add-ins must be managed through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (Settings > Integrated apps) rather than the Cyberhaven Endpoint Sensors page
Status Interpretation
- "Outlook plugin disabled" messages only apply to classic Outlook COM plugin
- These status reports may not reflect actual endpoint sensor health
- Network connectivity issues can cause misleading "disabled" reports
Complete Status Reference
For a comprehensive list of all sensor status messages displayed in the "Required Actions" column, refer to the Endpoint Status API.
The API endpoint /api/rest/v1/endpoints/list provides detailed status information for both Windows and macOS platforms.
Note Sensor health events in the Required Actions column are automatically cleared after 7 days, ensuring the display shows current issues requiring attention.
