Users

This dashboard provides insights into how users engage with GenAI applications. It highlights user trends and identifies the most active users of AI apps, helping you understand usage patterns and potential insider risks.

Users Trend​

This panel displays the trend of how many users have engaged with AI applications over time. It helps identify overall user adoption and activity patterns.

A line graph shows the number of users over time. The graph differentiates between User Risk Score categories (Critical Users, High Users, Other Risk Level) to provide a layered view of user engagement based on risk.

Mouse over the lines to see the total number of users and the breakdown by risk category for specific points in time. Click View All Users to see a list of all users contributing to that data point.

Most Active Users Of AI Apps​

This panel identifies the users who are most actively using AI applications. It helps pinpoint "power users" and understand their specific GenAI engagement patterns.

A tabular format lists users. The table includes the following columns:

  • User: The username.
  • Risk Score: The user's individual risk score. See, Risk Level and Risk Score.
  • Data: The volume of data associated with the user's AI activity.
  • AI Apps Used: The number of unique AI apps the user has interacted with.
  • Events: The total number of events generated by the user's AI activity.
  • Most Used Datasets: This column indicates the datasets most frequently used by the user in their AI activities.

You can sort and filter columns. Click on a user's name to redirect to the Insider Risks page with details of this user.
