Chrome Installation Troubleshooting
- Managed conflicts: If Chrome is also managed by MDM/Google Admin, duplicate policies can conflict. Consolidate to a single controller (Cyberhaven profile vs. your MDM/Google Admin) to avoid policy collisions. See the prerequisites page for managed-environment behavior.
- Store access blocked: allow the store domains or use the self-hosted update flow as documented in prerequisites.
- Wrong ID/URL: confirm the extension ID and update URL that match your Sensor version in prerequisites.
- Local port: if the local update port is unavailable, contact Support to configure an alternate port.
